Using the Medic Network app, drivers can access their assigned routes, view detailed order information including recipient details, and ensure delivery by obtaining patient signatures. In cases where the recipient is unavailable, drivers can provide proof of delivery attempt by capturing an image of the door displaying the logistics company logo. The GPS feature enables logistics companies to monitor their drivers' locations in real-time from the portal. The app also compiles driver location logs at half-mile intervals for future reference. Drivers have the capability to reschedule orders directly through the app in situations where recipients are not present at home and request a new delivery time. Additionally, drivers are required to scan a QR code on each package prior to delivery to ensure successful completion of the delivery process.
